TRAINING

Working is necessary but training is mandatory

Training is a key part of the success of the project. As an average we prepare each project at least 6 months in advance with a very specific training regime. Preparation is a not different than project management and we work as a team to achieve the goals. For the last 25 years my PT and coach has been Franc Beneyto and together we plan and revise the performance and how to adapt the sessions to a busy agenda at work.

Theory in one thing but putting the plan in action is not that simple, even less if you are in a high demanding role working for a Nasdaq listed company… It is usual for me to flight, work, business dinner, up to the hills by midnight, down at dawn, quick snack breakfast, dry shower and back to meetings and flight back home. You can call it freedom.
